2011年为国家“十二五”开局之年,是中国激发内需潜力、扩大消费比重的重要阶段。“十二五”期间,零售业面临良好的发展机遇。随着我国经济的发展,零售业的地位越来越重要,已经成为经济发展的拉动力,社会发展的支撑力,文化发展的承载力。为贯彻国家“十二五”规划和中央经济工作会议精神,引领中国零售企业发展、管理与营销的创新方向,2011年(第六届)中国零售商大会暨展会特别设定主题为“消费·机遇——开启零售新十年”。“十二五”规划纲要的编制历时两年多,全文共62章5万余字,可以说是非常浩瀚的。这样一个文件集中了民智,反映了民意的规划纲要,其中,有什么战略性的导向?又有哪些跟商贸服务业发展相关的突出的特点?国务院发展研究中心市场经济研究所所长任兴洲为梳理“十二五”规划进行了专门的主题演讲。
The year of 2011 marks the first year of the “Twelfth Five-year Plan” of the country and is an important stage for China to stimulate domestic demand potentials and increase the proportion of consumption.
