引言近年来我国在微型机的生产和应用方面,有很大的进展;但是大规模集成电路的生产还是相当落后,和它密切相关的微处理器测试方法的研究,也显得十分不够。一般往往还是局限检实装自检,或比较法测试,而存贮响应测试法的实现只限于少数进口的大型测试系统,并且测试程序往往还是进口的。“学习法”微处理器的测试,在我国还没有开展。这种测试法吸取了一般实装法、比较法和算法仿真存贮响应的优点,扬弃了各自存在的缺点。它有实时测试的环境,用汇编语言编写检测程序,有比较法自动响应的方便,又有逐拍检测的存贮
Introduction In recent years, great progress has been made in the production and application of microcomputers in our country. However, the production of large-scale integrated circuits is still rather backward and the research on the microprocessor testing methods closely related to it has not been enough. In general, the test is still limited to self-test or comparative test, and the storage response test method is only limited to a few large-scale imported test systems, and the test procedures are often imported. “Learning Law” microprocessor test, has not been carried out in our country. This test method draws the general loading method, the comparative method and the advantages of the algorithm to simulate the storage response, abandoned their respective shortcomings. It has a real-time test environment, the assembly language used to write test procedures, there is more convenient automatic response method, there is a test-by-shot storage
