目的应用磁共振扩散张量成像研究青少年单纯性肥胖与健康志愿者胼胝体微结构的差异。方法以16例青少年单纯性肥胖受试者为实验组,16例健康志愿者为对照组,对受试者行常规磁共振成像(MRI)常规扫描及扩散张量成像(DTI),分别测量其胼胝体膝部、体部、压部各向异性分数值,采用SPSS17.0软件进行统计分析。结果与对照组相比,实验组胼胝体膝部、压部FA值均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);体部FA值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 DTI可用于评估青少年单纯性肥胖胼胝体微结构完整性,为其诊断提供影像学信息。
Objective To investigate the difference of microstructures of corpus callosum between adolescents with simple obesity and healthy volunteers by using diffusion tensor imaging. Methods Sixteen subjects with simple obesity in adolescents were selected as experimental group and 16 healthy volunteers as control group. Conventional magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) were performed on the subjects. The corpus callosum knee, body, the pressure part of the anisotropy scores, using SPSS17.0 software for statistical analysis. Results Compared with the control group, the FA of the corpus callosum in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in FA between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion DTI can be used to evaluate the microstructure integrity of simple obesity corpus callosum in young people and provide imaging information for its diagnosis.
