为了减少发烧给人体带来的损害,应设法及时降低高烧(体温高于39℃)病人的体温。下面介绍几种常用的物理降温法: 1.冷敷。将冷湿毛巾敷在前额部,每5~10分钟换一次。也可将冷水灌进热水袋中,枕在后脑,或置于足下。如有冰块,可将冰砸成小块,放入热水袋中作为冷枕。 2.温水擦浴。用32~36℃温水将毛巾浸温后擦拭皮肤,皮肤血管扩张,血流加快,增加散热。每擦拭全身一遍后应稍停一会儿,待皮肤上水分蒸发后再擦第2遍,直至体温下降。擦完后应盖好被子以免受凉。 3.酒精擦浴。适用于体温在40℃以上体质较好的无汗病
