应用扫描电镜观察85加农炮发射产生的压力波对豚鼠前庭器损伤所引起的病理改变,10只豚鼠分组观察,发现其特点是:(1)球囊斑耳石形态有轻度裂缝或断裂[图1],在受爆震后早期较明显,第4天减轻,第7天已恢复正常,椭圆囊斑耳石无变化。(2)球囊斑和椭圆囊斑感觉细胞在受爆震后初期纤毛轻度紊乱,个别细胞胞浆外溢[图2],第7天恢复正常。(3)壶腹嵴中央区感觉细胞受爆震后初期有纤毛紊乱,部分细胞胞浆外溢,半月后恢复正常。这些特点说明压力波对前庭器所引起的损伤是轻度的,以半规管壶腹嵴和球囊斑为主,椭圆囊斑轻微,损伤在1~2周内恢复。观察受爆震豚鼠未发现自发性眼震及平衡障碍,此与扫描电镜观察到的前庭器受损程度轻相一致。从而推测爆震对人前庭器的损害也较轻,且可
Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was used to observe the pathological changes induced by the pressure wave generated by 85 cannon firing on guinea pig vestibular implants. Ten guinea pigs were observed in groups and found to be characterized by: (1) slight rupture or rupture of balloon otoliths 1]. In the early stage after detonation, it was obvious in the early stage, relieved on the 4th day, returned to normal on the 7th day, and there was no change in the otolith. (2) Balloon and oval bursa sensory cells in the early detonation after the initial cilia mild disturbance, individual cytoplasm spill [Figure 2], the first 7 days returned to normal. (3) The cells in the central area of ampulla were sensitized by cilia disturbance after initial detonation, and some of the cytoplasm spilled, returning to normal after half a month. These characteristics indicate that pressure wave damage to the vestibular device is mild, with semicircular canal ampulla ridges and balloon-based, oval small plaque, injury recovery within 1 to 2 weeks. No evidence of spontaneous nystagmus and balance disturbances was observed in detonated guinea pigs, which is consistent with the lesser severity of vestibular damage observed with scanning electron microscopy.
