据临床观察,不同药厂生产的硝酸甘油片疗效差异很大。为此,作者对国内外几个药厂生产的8种硝酸甘油片进行了释放度的实验研究,结果表明存在显著的差异。为确保疗效的稳定性,建议除崩解时限外,对其释放度的控制指标也应尽早作出规定。
According to clinical observations, different pharmaceutical companies produce significant differences in the efficacy of nitroglycerin tablets.
