本文用管理信息系统(MIS)和决策支持系统(DSS)理论,在丰台机务段建立了“机车检修部件DSS”。作者用概率论和排队论的基础理论,对“机车检修部件DSS”中的用户接口、数据库和模型库三大组成部分,进行了理论推导和论证。实践证明,在丰台机务段实现“机车检修部件管理DSS”是行之有效的。它值得推广到全国机务段和其它工矿、企事业单位应用。
In this paper, the management information system (MIS) and decision support system (DSS) theory, the establishment of the Fengtai locomotive depot “locomotive maintenance parts DSS.” Based on the theory of probability theory and queuing theory, the author deduces and testifies the three components of user interface, database and model base in “Locomotive Maintenance Parts DSS”. Practice has proved that in Fengtai depot to achieve “locomotive maintenance parts management DSS” is effective. It is worth promoting to the national civil service section and other industrial and mining enterprises and institutions.
