民歌是中华民族灿烂文化的重要组成部分,桑植县民歌作为其中的一支,更是因自身独特的神韵和强大的生命力独树一帜,源远流长。它因其浓厚的地方色彩、生动的语言、活泼的曲调、浓郁的的生活气息和幽默诙谐的风格,受到广大民众的喜爱。但这么珍贵的文化遗产,却正面临着保护难、开发难的问题。本文通过将非物质文化遗产评估与非物质文化遗产开发方案相结合的方式,为桑植县提供一条切实可行的开发、传承该县非物质文化遗产的操作方案,同时总结出非物质文化遗产评估的基本要素及关注点,为后续深入研究非物质文化遗产评估理论提供借鉴。
Folk songs are an important part of the splendid culture of the Chinese nation.
