采用金相显微镜、显微硬度计、扫描电镜、电子探针和X射线衍射等方法,对在铁基体上热喷涂铝涂层在不同温度下热处理扩散层的相结构进行了研究.结果表明,在600℃下铝涂层的扩散速度很慢,只形成微量的扩散层;在700℃下扩散处理,其扩散层主要是由Fe4Al13,Fe2Al5,FeAl2和FeAl相组成;在900℃下扩散处理,其扩散层主要是由Fe2Al5,FeAl2,FeAl相组成.扩散层的显微硬度随着铝含量的增加而升高.
The phase structure of the heat-treated diffusion layer on the aluminum substrate coated by thermal spraying on the iron substrate was investigated by the methods of metallographic microscope, microhardness tester, scanning electron microscope, electron probe and X-ray diffraction. The results show that the diffusion speed of aluminum coating is very slow at 600 ℃, only a trace amount of diffusion layer is formed. At 700 ℃, the diffusion layer mainly consists of Fe4Al13, Fe2Al5, FeAl2 and FeAl phases. At 900 ℃ Diffusion treatment, the diffusion layer is mainly composed of Fe2Al5, FeAl2, FeAl phase. The microhardness of diffusion layer increases with the increase of aluminum content.
