目的通过腹腔镜手术与传统的开腹手术进行对比,评价腹腔镜技术在异位妊娠治疗中的应用价值。方法将确诊为异位妊娠有手术指征、采用腹腔镜手术的患者273例为观察组,采用开腹手术的患者207例为对照组,比较两组的手术情况和术后状况。结果观察组与对照组从住院天数、术后体温恢复、离床时间等指标比较差异有统计学意义。结论腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠具有安全性高,并发症少,值得优先选择。
Objective To evaluate the value of laparoscopy in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy by laparoscopic surgery compared with traditional laparotomy. Methods 273 cases of patients with laparoscopic surgery underwent laparoscopic surgery and 207 cases of laparotomy as control group. The operative and postoperative conditions of the two groups were compared. Results The observation group and control group from the hospitalization days, postoperative recovery of body temperature, time to bed and other indicators were statistically significant differences. Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery for the treatment of ectopic pregnancy with high safety, fewer complications, it is worth priority.
