前言近年来,随着住宅建设的快速发展,人们的居住条件得到了很大改善,对居住环境的要求也越来越高,建筑物墙体的裂、漏问题作为最主要的投诉热点之一,受到广泛的关注。建筑物墙体出现的裂缝,不仅影响其使用的外观效果,还引起墙体(特别是墙)渗外漏,受到环境中自由水的侵蚀。据研究表明,环境中自由水对建筑物的侵蚀,是建筑物破坏最主要的原因。由于吸收水而使建筑材料膨胀,水分蒸发又使建筑材料收缩。墙体的膨胀与收缩循环,致使墙体本身的耐久性降低;绝热性能变差。同时水中的有害物质使建筑材料发生碱骨料反应,受到盐侵蚀等,影响建筑物的使用寿命。如何解决建筑物的裂、漏问题,特别是外墙的裂、漏现象,就显得十分重要。本文根据多年的实践经验,对建筑物墙体的裂缝问题进行了初步的探讨。
