笔者经常走访一些学校,在教师办公室里看到一些学生趴在角落里的桌上不停地写些什么,问之,才知道,原来这些学生没有完成作业或是课堂上表现不好,被老师叫到办公室“重点看管”“闭门思过”“吃小灶”。如此一来,办公室成了学生的补课室、思过室。老师们办公受到了一定影响,一些教师对此颇有微词。有些教师让学生到办公室思过和补作业,也许是想让学生在办公室这个特殊环境里变得老实安静,在老师的监督下完成未完成的作业或改正错题,补一补落下的功课,从而使其有所觉悟和悔改。但是据笔者看来,这种做法利少弊多,具体说来——一是影响了教师的办公秩序。办公室是个严肃的地方,需要相对安静。
