《歧路灯》是我国清代一部蕴含着浓郁的儒家传统教育理念的小说。作品形象化地为我们展示了中国古代家庭教育的基本模式与理念,表达了作者在儿童的早期教育中,对于家长的作为、教师的标准、儿童的成长环境等诸因素的高度重视;同时,对于家庭教育过程中呈现出的封闭性、守成观念、以及父母的分工偏差等局限性一面,也进行了客观真实的描述。
