目的:探究延续护理管理模式在乳腺外科出院乳腺癌患者中的应用效果。方法:研究对象选取为2013年7月~2014年6月之间浙江省肿瘤医院收治的42例乳腺癌患者,所有患者均行改良根治术治疗,护理方面在患者出院后仍实施为期1年的延续护理服务,建立整体延续护理管理模式,对患者出院后1、2、6、12个月时的健康教育知识、生存质量及护理满意度进行调查评价。结果:随着院外延续护理的进行,患者的健康知识掌握程度及生存质量均显著改善(P<0.05),患者的护理满意度也随着延续护理的进行逐渐提升,最终达到100%。结论:延续护理管理模式能够为患者提供院外的护理服务,提高了患者的健康知识水平,培养了患者的主动康复意识和自我管理能力,从而改善了患者的整体生存质量,提高了患者的护理满意度。
Objective: To explore the effect of continuous nursing management in patients with breast cancer discharged from breast surgery. Methods: Forty-two patients with breast cancer who were treated in Zhejiang Cancer Hospital from July 2013 to June 2014 were enrolled in this study. All patients underwent modified radical mastectomy. Nursing was continued for 1 year after discharge Continuation of nursing services, the establishment of a continuation of the overall nursing management model, the patient discharged 1,2,6,12 months after the health education knowledge, quality of life and nursing satisfaction survey conducted. Results: With the extension of nursing care outside the hospital, patients' health knowledge and quality of life were significantly improved (P <0.05). Patient satisfaction increased gradually with the extension of nursing and finally reached 100%. Conclusion: Continuation of nursing management model can provide outpatient nursing services to patients, improve patient's health knowledge level, cultivate patient's active rehabilitation consciousness and self-management ability, so as to improve patient's overall quality of life and improve patient's satisfaction with nursing degree.
