(一) 我局从1963年第二季度起,結合着增产节約运动的开展,开始整頓了定額管理工作。半年多以来,由点到面,由淺入深已取得了一定的成績。但是,由于各单位增产节約运动的开展情况和生产管理的基础不同,因此定額工作的进展也不一样。行动較早、收获較显著的是北京热电厂、北京供电局、唐山发电厂、天津电业局等单位。
(a) From the second quarter of 1963, the Bureau began to rectify the quota management work in conjunction with the launch of the production increase and conservation campaign. For more than half a year, from point to surface, from shallow to deep, we have achieved certain results. However, due to the difference in the development of the production and conservation campaigns of various units and the basis of production management, the progress of fixed-rate work is not the same. Earlier and more remarkable were Beijing Thermal Power Plant, Beijing Power Supply Bureau, Tangshan Power Plant, and Tianjin Electric Power Bureau.
