目的 :探讨消敏合剂对2,4-二硝基氯苯(DNCB)诱导的慢性变应性接触性皮炎小鼠脾指数,胸腺指数以及组织病理学的影响。方法 :利用DNCB诱导建立慢性变应性接触性皮炎小鼠动物模型,观察消敏合剂对小鼠脾指数和胸腺指数的影响,HE染色光镜下逐一观察各组皮肤组织学改变。结果 :消敏合剂具有抑制DNCB诱导的慢性变态性接触性皮炎小鼠脾指数和胸腺指数的作用,局部组织炎性细胞浸润减轻。结论 :消敏合剂能够改善DNCB诱导的慢性变态性接触性皮炎小鼠的局部炎症反应,具有一定的抗炎作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Xiaoshi Mixture on spleen index, thymus index and histopathology in mice with chronic allergic contact dermatitis induced by 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene (DNCB). Methods: The animal model of chronic allergic contact dermatitis was induced by DNCB. The effects of Xiaoshi Mixture on the spleen index and thymus index of mice were observed. The histological changes of each group were observed by HE staining. Result: Xiaoshimi Mixture can inhibit the spleen index and thymus index in mice with chronic allergic contact dermatitis induced by DNCB, and relieve the local tissue inflammatory cell infiltration. Conclusion: Xiaoshimi Mixture can improve the local inflammatory response induced by DNCB in mice with chronic allergic contact dermatitis and has some anti-inflammatory effects.
