1.临床资料本组男11例,女14例,年龄在28～78岁之间。25例均肺心病心衰、呼衰而入院。病人呈重病容,端坐呼吸、重度紫绀、颈静脉怒张。其中双下肢浮肿11例,双肺有喘鸣音5例,25例病人双肺都有中小湿性罗音。心电图检查:电轴右偏8例,电轴不偏4例,电轴左偏1例,右室肥厚9例,左室肥厚1例。X 线检查9例,右下肺动脉增宽,两肺纹理模糊,5例两下肺布满蜂窝状阴影。25例中并发喘息型气管炎5例,肺性脑病1例。
1. Clinical data The group of 11 males and 14 females, aged 28 to 78 years old. 25 cases of heart failure of pulmonary heart disease, respiratory failure and admission. Patients were seriously ill, sitting and breathing, severe cyanosis, jugular vein engorgement. Including bilateral lower extremity edema in 11 cases, lungs have wheezing in 5 cases, 25 cases of patients with both lungs have mild to moderate rales. Electrocardiogram: Right axis deviation in 8 cases, 4 cases of electric axis, left axis in 1 case, right ventricular hypertrophy in 9 cases, left ventricular hypertrophy in 1 case. X-ray examination in 9 cases, widened right lower pulmonary artery, blurred lungs texture, 5 cases of lungs covered with honeycomb shadow. 25 cases of recurrent respiratory tract bronchitis in 5 cases, 1 case of pulmonary encephalopathy.
