自主锻炼指“以自我为主”的自学、自练、自评、自控的体育锻炼。大学生从自身的身体需要出发,遵从自己的兴趣爱好,主动进行体育锻炼。大学生自主锻炼作为高校公共体育教学改革的重要措施之一,能够起到调动学生积极性、满足学生个人需求、增强学生体育意识的作用,同时能促进大学生身体素质的积极发展。华北理工大学根据本校大学生的特点,遵循“以人为本”的教学理念,以“终身体育意识”为出发点,坚持教学改革,深化教学方法,通过一学期15周公共体育课的实验研究,分析自主锻炼对提高大学生健康水平的积极作用。
Autonomous exercise means “self-based ” self-study, self-cultivation, self-assessment, self-controlled physical exercise. Students from their own physical needs, follow their own hobbies, take the initiative to carry out physical exercise. As one of the most important measures in college public PE teaching reform, college students’self-workout can play an important role in mobilizing the enthusiasm of students, satisfying the individual needs of students and enhancing the students’sports consciousness.
