说到近战、夜战,总会想起八路军、新四军,这是我军歼敌战术的光荣传统。但在我收集侵华日军器材资料时发现,昔日的日本军队也是提倡近战、夜战的,特别是夜战。哨子在我手中有两个在沈阳缴获的日军哨子,其中一个还带指北针(图1)。早在明治三十四年,即1902年,以教授军刀斩劈、刺杀、格斗见长的日本陆军户山学校中,有位教官步兵大尉橘周太编写了《步兵夜间教育》一书(图2)。书中详细例举了作为夜战联络之用的哨子的多种使用方法。例如:哨子短一声代表动
When it comes to melee and night wars, there are always reminders of the Eighth Route Army and the New Fourth Army. This is a glorious tradition of our army’s tactics to annihilate the enemy. However, when I collected information on the Japanese invaders, I found that the former Japanese military also promoted melee and night wars, especially the night war.
