我国加入WTO,拉开了新一轮改革开放的序幕。企业思想政治工作如何应对新形势,解决新问题,更好地推动企业改革、发展和稳定?破解这一课题,我们认为企业思想政治工作研究的思路与重点必须向三个方面延伸。一是向国际延伸。把整个世界这个大社会作为“研究室”,与国际规则接轨,把原来是国内、企业的问题放到国际大环境中来研讨。入世成为媒体关注的焦点,也成为老百姓关心、议论的热门话题,因为它带来了新变化,涉及各行各业、千家万户,这说明人们在关心世界大事、国家大事、企业的兴衰、个人利益的得失。企业思想政治工作研究要抓住这一契 China’s accession to the WTO opened the curtain of a new round of reform and opening up.
