目的总结手助式腹腔镜结肠癌根治术的临床经验。方法回顾性分析我科2002年7月至2007年5月期间40例采用手助式腹腔镜结肠癌根治术治疗的结肠癌患者的临床资料。结果40例手术均获成功,无中转开腹手术,无死亡病例。全部患者均未发生切口感染、吻合口漏、肠梗阻等并发症。随访0.5～4.0年,平均2.8年,未见肿瘤复发。结论对于肿块直径大于5cm的结肠癌患者采用手助式腹腔镜实施结肠癌根治术,可以保证手术的安全性和有效性。
Objective To summarize the clinical experience of hand-assisted laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer. Methods The clinical data of 40 cases of colon cancer treated by hand-assisted laparoscopic colon cancer resection from July 2002 to May 2007 were retrospectively analyzed. Results All the 40 operations were successful, no conversion to open surgery, no deaths. No complications such as incision infection, anastomotic leak, and intestinal obstruction occurred in all patients. Follow-up 0.5 to 4.0 years, an average of 2.8 years, no recurrence of the tumor. Conclusion The use of hand-assisted laparoscopy for colon cancer resection for patients with colon tumors larger than 5 cm in diameter can ensure the safety and effectiveness of the operation.
