The Heilongjiang Provincial PHC Experience Exchange Conference and Workshop organized by the Heilongjiang Provincial Government and WHO was held on June 20-24 in Suihua City. More than 250 people from all over the province, cities, county chiefs, and chief of health attended the meeting. Minister Chen Minzhang of the Ministry of Health and Director Zhang Zikuan attended the conference to give speeches and lectures; Dr. Keane, a WHO official, attended the conference and lectured for the delegates; Deputy Governor of the Provincial Government Chen Yunlin, Liu Junping, and Deputy Secretary-general Sun Kezhen attended and chaired the meeting; Construction Committee, Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, Provincial Department of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Fisheries, Provincial Education Commission, Provincial Department of Finance, Provincial Women’s Federation, Provincial Civil Affairs Department, Provincial Family Planning Commission, Provincial Department of Commerce, and Province
