目的探讨CYP1A1基因I462V多态性与非小细胞肺癌的相关性。方法采用病例对照研究,应用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性对72例非小细胞肺癌患者(病例组)和90例正常对照(对照组)CYP1A1基因I462V多态进行检测,分析基因型频率和等位基因频率在病例组和对照组的分布,比较不同基因型与非小细胞肺癌患病风险的关系。应用SPSS13.0进行统计学分析。结果在非小细胞肺癌组和正常对照组I462V多态基因型频率(2=14.971,P=0.001)和等位基因频率(2=9.506,P=0.002)的分布存在显著性差异,且G等位基因携带者患非小细胞肺癌的风险高于A等位基因携带者(OR=2.080,95%CI1.301~3.324)。结论 CYP1A1基因I462V多态与非小细胞肺癌具有明显的相关性,具有G等位基因的个体非小细胞肺癌患病风险增高,CYP1A1基因可能是非小细胞肺癌的遗传易感基因。
Objective To investigate the association between CYP1A1 gene I462V polymorphism and non-small cell lung cancer. Methods A case-control study was conducted to detect the polymorphism of I462V in CYP1A1 gene in 72 patients with non-small cell lung cancer (case group) and 90 normal controls (control group) by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) Type and allele frequency distribution in case group and control group, to compare the different genotypes with the risk of non-small cell lung cancer. Application SPSS13.0 for statistical analysis. Results The distribution of I462V polymorphism genotype frequency (2 = 14.971, P = 0.001) and allele frequency (2 = 9.506, P = 0.002) in non-small cell lung cancer group and normal control group were significantly different B-carriers have a higher risk of developing non-small cell lung cancer than carriers of the A allele (OR = 2.080, 95% CI 1.301 to 3.324). Conclusion CYP1A1 gene I462V polymorphism is significantly associated with non-small cell lung cancer. The risk of individuals with non-small cell lung cancer with G allele is increased. CYP1A1 gene may be a susceptible gene for non-small cell lung cancer.
