为研究全电式机械自动变速器选换挡机构控制系统的性能,将5挡手动选换挡执行机构设计为电动执行机构,建立了试验台Matlab/Simulink仿真模型,通过离线仿真试验的方法确定了传动机构几何参数并建立了试验台UG三维模型,在此基础上,搭建了基于Matlab/Simulink的电动选换挡控制系统仿真模型,对不同的换挡工况进行了仿真试验。结果表明设计的试验台方案可行,系统控制器满足电动选换挡执行机构的控制要求。
In order to study the performance of the control system of all-electric mechanical transmission with shift mechanism, a 5-speed manual gear shift actuator was designed as an electric actuator, and a Matlab / Simulink simulation model of the test rig was established. The simulation model was established by offline simulation The geometric parameters of the transmission mechanism and the UG three-dimensional model of the test bed are established. On this basis, a simulation model of the electric shift control system based on Matlab / Simulink is set up, and simulation tests are carried out for different shifting conditions. The results show that the designed test bench scheme is feasible and the system controller can meet the control requirements of the electric shift selector.
