作者报告1例急性白血病患者于诱导化疗过程中出现无痛性、完全性双侧动眼神经麻痹。患者男,77岁,诊为急性白血病FABM_2,周围血白细胞计数10.8×10~(10)/L,其中淋巴母细胞占23％,血小板计数4.5×10~(10)/L。应用阿糖胞苷、硫鸟嘌呤进行急性期诱导化疗,白细胞迅速减少,血小板降至2.0×10~(10)/L。化疗9天,白细胞计数0.58×10~(10)/L,血小板计数0.35×10~(10)/L。当天患者早醒后,不能睁眼,临床检查:双睑下垂,双眼球侧下方偏斜,双瞳孔光反射消失,无其它异常体征。病人完全清醒,定向力正常,否
The authors report a painless and complete bilateral oculomotor nerve palsy in one patient with acute leukemia during induction chemotherapy.
