某住宅楼位于6度抗震设防区,施工至22层时发现,第20层局部剪力墙混凝土强度不达标.采用剪力墙加固方案,托换方案为分段凿除混凝土,并安装立柱作为永久支撑.加固工程5d置换了7面剪力墙,保证了工程进度和施工质量,效果较好.
