2013年4月,我在《商业评论》上发表了《私人董事会助力企业一把手》一文,系统性地介绍了私人董事会的原理、方法和流程,引爆了私人董事会在中国的流行。很多商学院、商会和培训机构都在引入私人董事会,还有媒体认为私人董事会是继EMBA之后企业家必须要“混”的下一个“圈子”。作为私人董事会的实践者和传播者,我对这个概念的流行可谓喜忧参半。喜的是推动了趋势的形成,说明这种模式满足了很多企业家
In April 2013, I published a paper titled “Private Board for Business Leaders” in the Business Review, systematically introducing the principles, methods and processes of a private board of directors, detonating a private board of directors in China. Many business schools, chambers of commerce and training institutions are introducing private boards, while others think the private board of directors is the next “circle” that entrepreneurs must embrace after EMBA. As a practitioner and disseminator of the private board of directors, I am mixed with the prevalence of this concept.
