诱发电位非常复杂且尚未被完全了解。近期的发展很大程度上是与识别波的发生源和可行方法的临床应用有关。本研究目的在于确认是否能可靠和舒适地沿胫后神经干引出诱发电位并希望通过远、近段反应的比较,证明对各种周围神经疾病的诊断和量化或对其发病机制的了解方面是有价值的。材料和方法:健康受试者9人(5男4女),年龄19~32岁,身高1.58~1.85m。刺激电极为双极表面电极,先置内踝后方刺激胫后神经。记录电极置于L_5和L_1棘突处,参考电极置刺激对侧髂嵴上面。腰部记录采用L_5—L_1双极导联和L_5髂嵴与L_1-髂嵴单极导
Evoked potentials are complex and not fully understood. Recent developments are largely related to the clinical application of identifying the source of the wave and possible methods. The aim of this study was to confirm whether reliable and comfortable elicitation of the evoked potentials along the posterior tibial nerve stem and the hope of comparing the distant and proximal reactions to demonstrate the diagnosis and quantification of various peripheral neurological diseases or their understanding of the pathogenesis are valuable. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Nine healthy subjects (5 males and 4 females), aged 19-32 years and height 1.58-1.85 m. The stimulation electrode is a bipolar surface electrode, and the posterior tibial nerve is first stimulated by the posterior medial malleolus.
