目的:建立可同时测定复方蛇床酊中蛇床子素和土荆皮乙酸含量的HPLC法。方法:色谱柱:Apollo C_(18)(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-1%醋酸溶液(65:35),流速:1.0ml·min~(-1);检测波长:322nm。结果:蛇床子素和土荆皮乙酸分别在0.010~0.080μg(r=0.9998)和0.005~0.040μg(r=0.9996)范围内呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率分别为99.50%和98.78%,RSD分别为1.94%和1.42%。结论:该方法简便易行,结果准确,重复性好,可用于控制复方蛇床酊的质量。
OBJECTIVE: To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of acetic acid in Osthol and Eupatorium bicolor in compound snakebite tincture. Method: Column: Apollo C_ (18) (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm); mobile phase: methanol-1% acetic acid solution (65:35); flow rate: 1.0 ml · min -1; detection wavelength: 322 nm . Results: The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between the concentrations of operon and soil acetic acid in the range of 0.010 ~ 0.080μg (r = 0.9998) and 0.005 ~ 0.040μg (r = 0.9996), the average recoveries were 99.50% and 98.78% RSD was 1.94% and 1.42% respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, reproducible and can be used to control the quality of compound snake bed tincture.
