本文综述多巴胺转运蛋白(DAT)显像剂99Tcm-2β-[N,N′-双(2-巯乙基)乙撑二胺基]甲基,3β-(4-氯苯基)托烷(99Tcm-TRODAT-1)对帕金森病(PD)早期诊断的价值。99Tcm-TRODAT-1显像剂被纹状体特异性摄取,能为PD病早期诊断提供了有利依据。
This review summarizes dopamine transporter (DAT) imaging agents 99Tcm-2β- [N, N’-bis (2-mercaptoethyl) ethylenediamino] methyl and 3β- (4-chlorophenyl) 99Tcm-TRODAT-1) for the early diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease (PD). 99Tcm-TRODAT-1 imaging agent is specifically uptake by the striatum, which can provide a favorable basis for the early diagnosis of PD.
