目的:研究龟鹿二仙颗粒对D-半乳糖所致衰老大鼠抗氧化能力的影响。方法:W istar雄性大鼠随机分组,正常对照组皮下注射生理盐水,模型对照组和各给药防治组大鼠均每日皮下注射D-半乳糖1.2g/kg,同时各防治组灌服龟鹿二仙颗粒或维生素E,连续造模给药16周,16周末各组大鼠腹主动脉采血分离血清,并取心、肝、肾组织冰浴匀浆,检测血清、组织匀浆超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性和丙二醛(MDA)的含量,以评价龟鹿二仙胶颗粒对D-半乳糖所致衰老大鼠抗氧化功能影响。结果:与正常对照组相比,模型对照组血清、心、肝、肾匀浆SOD、GSH-Px活力显著降低,MDA含量显著增高。与模型对照组相比,各给药防治组SOD、GSH-Px活力显著增高,MDA含量显著降低。结论:龟鹿二仙胶颗粒对D-半乳糖所致衰老大鼠具有显著提高抗氧化能力的作用。
Objective: To study the effects of Gulu Erxian granule on the anti-oxidation ability of aging rats induced by D-galactose. Methods: Wistar male rats were randomly divided into normal control group, subcutaneous injection of saline, the model control group and each control group rats were given daily subcutaneous D-galactose 1.2g / kg, while the control group of turtles Deer erxian granules or vitamin E were administrated continuously for 16 weeks and 16 weeks. Serum was separated from the abdominal aorta of rats of each group by centrifugation and centrifuged in ice, homogenized in liver and kidney tissues, (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activity and malondialdehyde (MDA) content were measured to evaluate the effect of Guilu Erxian on D-galactose-induced aging rats Oxidative function effects. Results: Compared with normal control group, the activity of SOD and GSH-Px in serum, heart, liver and kidney homogenate of model control group decreased significantly and MDA content increased significantly. Compared with the model control group, the activities of SOD and GSH-Px in each treatment group were significantly increased, and the MDA content was significantly decreased. Conclusion: Guilu Erxian Gum Granules can significantly improve the anti-oxidative capacity of aging rats induced by D-galactose.
