采用新生大鼠胰岛离体培养方法,观察了五肽胃泌素(G-5)对IL-1B致胰岛B细胞分泌抑制的影响。结果表明:(1)IL-1B能剂量依赖性抑制B细胞的分泌功能;(2)G-5能对抗IL-1B对B细胞功能的抑制,与单纯IL-1B作用组相比,加用G-5能使葡萄糖刺激的胰岛素分泌量明显增加:(3)向IL-1B作用后的胰岛治疗性地给予G-5.能使抑制的B细胞功能得到部分恢复,作用呈时间和剂量依赖性。
The effects of pentagastrin (G-5) on IL-1B-induced pancreatic islet B cell secretion were observed in cultured rat islets isolated from neonatal rats. The results showed that: (1) IL-1B could inhibit the secretion of B cells in a dose-dependent manner; (2) G-5 could antagonize the inhibitory effect of IL-1B on B cells. Compared with IL- G-5 markedly increases glucose-stimulated insulin secretion: (3) G-5 is therapeutically administered to islets following IL-1B administration. Can inhibit the function of B cells to be partially restored, the role of time and dose-dependent.
