随机抽取327名6～8月儿童及其父母，采用入户问卷式回顾性调查，调查其家庭、孕妇孕产、哺喂及健康教育情况及儿童体格发育情况五个方面50余项指标，结果表明：完全母乳喂养组儿童营养指数（peldisi指数）优于非完全母乳喂养组（P＜0.01），其患感冒次数与患腹泻病次数均少于非完全母乳喂养儿童（P＜0.05及产＜0．01）。提出有利于母乳喂养的六个因素。
A total of 327 children from June to August and their parents were randomly selected and retrospectively surveyed by questionnaire to investigate more than 50 indicators of their families, pregnant women ’s maternity, nursing and health education and children’ s physical development. The results The results showed that the children with full breastfeeding group had better nutritional index (peldisi index) than the non-complete breastfeeding group (P <0.01), and the number of times with cold and diarrhea were less than that of the non-fully breastfeeding children (P <0.05) 0.01). Proposed six factors conducive to breastfeeding.
