现在很多的医院因为缺少有效的科学人力资源规划,导致他们不能清晰的认识到对各类人员的总体需求,也就使我国医院的人力资源管理存在很多问题。根据人力资源管理在医院管理中的重要地位,本文将重点分析现代岗位价值评价在医院人力资源管理中的应用,希望能让医院的人力资源配置更加合理。
Nowadays, many hospitals lack of effective scientific human resource planning, so they can not clearly recognize the overall demand for all kinds of personnel, which also makes our hospital’s human resources management have many problems. According to the important position of human resource management in hospital management, this article will focus on the analysis of the application of modern post value evaluation in the hospital human resource management, hoping to make the hospital’s human resource allocation more reasonable.
