1.9月20日-22日,全国双拥工作领导小组副组长兼办公室主任、民政部副部长窦玉沛带领调研督导组赴上海调研督导全国双拥模范城(县)创建工作。2.9月23日-24日,民政部民间组织服务中心在北京举办第二期部管社会组织财务管理工作专题培训班。民政部直接登记的社会组织的财务负责人共125人参加了培训。民政部党组成员、民间组织管理局局长、民间组织服务中心主任詹成付出席本期培训班开班式并讲话。3.9月24日,全国老龄办常务副主任王建军召集十八大代表、北京市青少年法律援助与研究中心佟丽华等就深入贯彻老年人权益保障法,探索建立老年人监护制度问题进行座谈。全国老龄办副主任朱耀垠、王绍忠等参加。
