血栓性血小板减少性紫癜是一种以微血管病性贫血,发热,神经系统症状,肾功异常以及血小板减少为特征的疾病。这些临床表现是由于微循环的血管闭塞引起的。以往本病报告非常少,50年代之后报告明显增多,至今已有400例。目前对应用脾切除治疗仍有很大争议。作者报告5例TTP。女3例;男2例。年龄26～56岁。其中脾切除术4例,1例术后7天死亡,另外3例获得长期存活(超过1～5年)。未用手术治疗的1例也死亡。5例的临床和化验室所见如表Ⅰ所示:
Thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura is a disease characterized by microangiopathic anemia, fever, neurological symptoms, renal dysfunction, and thrombocytopenia. These clinical manifestations are due to microcirculation of vascular occlusion. The past report of this disease is very small, the report after the 50s increased significantly, so far have been 400 cases. The current application of splenectomy treatment is still very controversial. The authors report 5 cases of TTP. 3 females; 2 males. Age 26 to 56 years old. Among them, 4 were splenectomy, 1 died 7 days after operation, and the other 3 patients were long-term survival (more than 1 to 5 years). One patient who was not surgically treated also died.
