肿瘤相关性巨噬细胞(TAM)是一类具有异质性的特殊的巨噬细胞群体,其数量和功能受到宿主、肿瘤等多方面因素的影响,其表达Fc 受体和Ia 抗原的水平高于静止巨噬细胞,但其分泌细胞因子(如IL-1,TNF)的水平较低。目前大多数体外实验和体内实验证明TAM 可通过直接或间接的作用促进肿瘤细胞生长和转移,最近发现TAM 在某些因子如CSF 的作用下可增殖并发挥抗肿瘤作用,表明TAM 经体外适当处理后有可能成为一类应用于肿瘤免疫治疗的抗肿瘤效应细胞。
Tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs) are a special group of macrophages with heterogeneity. The number and function of these macrophages are influenced by many factors such as the host and tumor, and their levels of expression of Fc receptors and Ia antigens are high. In stationary macrophages, but they secrete low levels of cytokines (such as IL-1, TNF). At present, most in vitro and in vivo experiments demonstrate that TAM can promote the growth and metastasis of tumor cells through direct or indirect action. Recently, it has been found that TAM can proliferate and exert antitumor effects under the action of certain factors such as CSF, indicating that TAM is properly processed in vitro. It may become a type of anti-tumor effector cells used for tumor immunotherapy.
