中国人有很多的健身方法,像练武术啦、太极拳啦、气功啦,这些我们中华民族沿袭下来的民间健身手段对强身健体、防病祛病有很大的作用。由于长期锻炼,说句大一点的话,都不知道医院的门儿朝哪边开。正在进行的医改说到底还是个费用问题,只有把正在进行的全民健身计划开展下去,从根本上提高人民群众的身体素质,才是标本兼治之策。 ——陈铎
