自密实混凝土作为近几十年来建筑技术领域最具革命性的发展产物,因其优越的工作性能和良好的耐久性被各国建筑学者所看好,它适用于各类混凝土结构和施工条件,一度被认为是混凝土将来的必然发展趋势之一。然而就其目前的使用情况来看,其应用并不广泛,究其原因在于难以有效保证自密实混凝土最终的灌注质量和灌注效果。本文以京石客专无砟道岔板灌注实验为背景,围绕影响自密实混凝土灌注质量所涉及的因素,从生产、浇筑以及养护等环节挖掘相关因素内容及范围并对实验过程中所做的缺陷应对进行归纳和总结,用以指导现场更好地完成自密实混凝土的灌注施工。
