【目的/意义】随着信息技术的发展,人们在日常工作和生活中面临诸多网络风险,如社交网络上的谣言传播、互联网上的计算机病毒感染等。为检测和控制网络风险,传统的做法是对网络用户进行监控。但是由于成本和用户隐私问题,对全网用户进行监控是不切实际的。如何通过监控部分用户的状态信息来估计不受监控用户的安全状态至关重要。【方法/过程】通过获取一小部分网络用户的安全状态信息来估计网络中其他用户的安全状态,从而可以确定网络风险的传播范围,迅速有效地保护高风险用户。【结果/结论】实验结果证明本文所提方法对网络用户风险评估非常接近于真实情况。基于该风险评估方法和实验数据,进而探讨了网络风险的抑制对策,为政府制定相关政策和法规提供了理论依据及建议。
[Purpose / Significance] With the development of information technology, people face many cyber risks in daily work and life, such as the spread of rumors on social networks and the computer virus infection on the Internet. To detect and control network risks, the traditional approach is to monitor the network users. However, due to cost and user privacy issues, it is impractical to monitor the entire network of users. How to estimate the security status of unmonitored users by monitoring the status information of some users is of crucial importance. [Method / Process] By obtaining the security status of a small number of network users to estimate the security status of other users in the network, the scope of network risk can be determined and the high-risk users can be quickly and effectively protected. [Results / Conclusions] The experimental results show that the proposed method is very close to the real situation for the risk assessment of Internet users. Based on the risk assessment method and experimental data, the paper discusses the measures to restrain cyber risk and provides the theoretical basis and advice for the government to formulate relevant policies and regulations.
