成人高等教育作为普通高等教育的补充,为社会培养了大量人才。普通高等教育规模的不断扩大,国家经济的快速发展,对成人高等教育人才培养提出了新的要求和挑战,教学改革势在必行。分析了我国成人高等教育生源结构和教学现状;针对成人高等教育教学存在的工学矛盾、教学内容和教学方法传统式和机械性范式及成教师资队伍缺乏等主要问题,提出了前导式教学法和阶梯式目标培养法两种教学改革新方法,并明确了具体的实施办法与措施。从而,丰富了成人高等教育教学改革新内容与新途径。
Adult higher education, as a supplement to ordinary higher education, has trained a large number of talents for the society. The continuous expansion of the scale of ordinary higher education and the rapid development of the national economy have put forward new requirements and challenges to the training of adult higher adult education. The teaching reform is imperative. This paper analyzes the source structure and teaching status of adult higher education in China. In view of the major problems of the existing work-study contradictions, the traditional and mechanical teaching contents and teaching methods, and the shortage of teaching staff in adult higher education, The goal of training two kinds of teaching reform of new methods and clear the specific implementation measures and measures. Thus, it enriches the new content and new ways of adult higher education teaching reform.
