选聘高校毕业生到村任职,是我国推进社会主义新农村建设、促进城乡互动,构建城乡一体化、解决大学生就业的一项重大举措。高校作为大学生村官的培养和输出基地,在大学生村官计划实施中具有不可替代的作用。本文以高校为视角,围绕大学生村官的推荐选拔、岗位培训和后续服务环节,对当前大学生村官实践中存在的问题进行分析,旨在为发挥高校在人才和科技创新上的优势,为大学生村官的可持续发展提出相应的对策。
Electing college graduates to serve in the village is a major measure taken by China in promoting the building of a new socialist countryside, promoting the interaction between urban and rural areas, building an integration of urban and rural areas and solving the employment of college students. As a base for training and exporting university and village officials, colleges and universities play an irreplaceable role in the implementation of the plan for college and village officials. In this paper, from the perspective of colleges and universities, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the practice of the current college students village officials around the recommendation, selection, post training and follow-up service of college village officials, aiming at giving full play to the advantage of universities in talents and science and technology innovation, The sustainable development of village officials put forward corresponding countermeasures.
