针对决策过程中信息是模糊不确定的,属性的权重信息是部分可知的,我们给出了一个新的确定不同专家给出的属性值的权重的方法。该方法能将靠近中心值的属性值分配较大的权重,而给远离中心值的属性值分配较小的权重,从而得到更加合理的综合属性值。为了确定属性的权重信息,我们建立了一个线性规划模型。利用所给的新方法,我们给出了一个新的模糊多属性群决策方法。最后的实例说明方法的有效性和合理性。
In the decision-making process, the information is ambiguous and the weight information of the attribute is partially known. We give a new method to determine the weight of the attribute value given by different experts. This method can allocate a large weight to the attribute values near the center and assign a smaller weight to the attribute values far from the center so as to obtain a more reasonable synthetic attribute value. In order to determine the weight information of attributes, we establish a linear programming model. With the new method given, we give a new fuzzy multi-attribute group decision-making method. The last example shows the validity and rationality of the method.
