常见钢板分层缺陷的成因及整改措施

分层缺陷是一种存在于钢板内部的常见缺陷,分层缺陷严重影响钢板的综合性能,尤其对厚度方向上的力学性能有重要影响。利用OM、SEM和EDS等检测手段,对分层缺陷区进行组织观察和微观分析,对其成因进行分析。结果表明:引起分层缺陷的原因主要有带状组织,保护渣,硫化物,折叠,异常组织等。针对上述各种原因,提出控制浇铸温度与冷却速度、注重结晶器保护渣相关工艺流程、钙化处理、稳定轧制、防止“死辊”现象的出现、选取适当的淬火工艺等相应的措施。 Defective delamination is a common defect existing in the interior of the steel plate. Delamination defects seriously affect the overall performance of the steel plate, especially for the mechanical properties in the thickness direction. Using OM, SEM and EDS and other detection methods, the hierarchical delamination area was observed microscopically and microscopically, and its causes were analyzed. The results show that the main causes of delamination defects are ribbon structure, mold flux, sulfide, folding, abnormal structure and so on. In view of the above reasons, it is proposed to control the casting temperature and cooling rate, pay attention to the mold flux-related process, calcification, stable rolling, to prevent “dead roll ” phenomenon, select the appropriate quenching process and other appropriate measures .
