By the China Nonferrous Metals Society, China Nuclear Society jointly organized by the Second National Conference on Hydrometallurgy and the Third National Nonferrous Metallurgical Physical Chemistry Conference on October 9, 1991 -11 days in Hunan Province, Changsha City, South China University of Technology Grandly held.
