马歇尔试验广泛应用于世界各国的路面设计中,也是我国沥青混合料设计规范中的标准试验方法。在多年的实践中,人们习惯性地关注稳定度、流值、空隙率、饱和度、密度指标,而很少留意于马歇尔试验曲线的变化及其影响因素。文章在实验设备允许的范围内,使稳定度试验达到极限变形,绘制试件完整的荷载变形曲线,在此基础上分析了曲线的形态和影响因素,得到了有益的结论。
Marshall test is widely used in the pavement design of all countries in the world and is also the standard test method in the design specification of asphalt mixture in our country. In many years of practice, people habitually focus on stability, flow value, porosity, saturation, density indicators, and little attention to the Marshall test curve changes and its influencing factors. In the experimental equipment to allow the scope of the stability test to limit deformation, drawing a complete load deformation curve of the specimen, on this basis, the analysis of the shape and impact of the curve obtained useful conclusions.
