江苏激素研究所Fen农药厂合成和分装车间空气中Fen浓度分别为0.023和0.122mg/m~3,分装工人手工操作,室内和工人均缺乏防护设备。接触者的主要症状是皮肤瘙痒,并有“星期一加重现象”,同时可使工人的视觉-运动反应时延长,这也许与动物实验中Fen使大鼠坐骨神经运动传导潜速率的延长有关。动物实验还提示Fen使大鼠“y迷宫”达标所需训练次数增加,前肢悬挂耐力时间缩短(呈现一定的剂量-效应关系)。即Fen可影响大鼠的记忆、学习能力和神经肌肉协调性及肌耐力。Fen还使小鼠及工人血细胞中的微核发生率明显升高,说明Fen对人类遗传效应存在一定威胁。建议车间中特别是灌药和封口工段加用局部密闭通风罩等防护措施,接触者皮肤抹用益灵霜。
