一、国有文物商店的性质、任务与作用 国家文物局新近下发的《关于加强国有文物商店改制管理工作的通知》一文,对国有文物商店的性质,作了如下表述:“国有文物商店是国家依法批准设立并实行企业管理的文化事业单位,其主要任务是,以商业手段征集、保护民间传世文物,向博物馆、科研单位提供藏品和资料,供应人民群众收藏和文化需求”。对照1981年国家文物事业管理局转发的《文物商店工作条例》关于文物商店的定义,有几处明显的变化:第一,由“文物事业单位”改为“文化事业单位”。第二,进一步明确了国有文物商店负有保护文物的职责和任务(“民
