随着我国煤炭开采事业的快速发展,煤矿安全生产事故也日益突出,人们对于矿用隔爆外壳的安全性能提出了更高的要求,矿用隔爆外壳在设计及生产过程中,隔爆外壳的可靠性成为重点以及难点。本文从如下隔爆外壳的几何外形、隔爆外壳的接合面、隔爆外壳的厚度和强度、隔爆外壳的磷化处理及表面防护、焊接质量以及隔爆外壳水压试验几方面探讨如何提高隔爆外壳的可靠性,从而为提高煤矿开采的安全性提供有力的支持。
