本文从我国消防执法人员执法中存在的问题入手,分析了影响消防执法人员素质的因素,从执法人员来源结构、执法人员所处体制结构及执法人员的培训学习三方面提出了提高消防执法人同素质的对策。消防执法,是指公安机关消防机构依照法定程序,将消防法律法规适用于特定对象的具体行政行为,其目的是为维护消防安全,保障国家和人民生命财产的安全。执法质量和执法业务水平的高低很大程度上取决于消防执法人员的法律素养和业务能力。笔者从消防执法人员执法中存在的问题入手,探讨影响消防执法人员素质的因素和相应的对策。
